PROPOSALS TEAM MEETING

Identity // Print // Photography

Objective: Create the logo, identity, and supplemental materials for the 2013 Steelcase Annual Proposals Team Meeting in Monterrey, Mexico. Also assist in photographing the meeting and capturing activities throughout the week.

Audience: Attendees and speakers at the annual meeting.

Solution: The Steelcase Global Proposals Team is an international team, comprised of individuals from both Grand Rapids, MI, and Monterrey, MX. Because of this, the focus of the 2013 team meeting was on how to function as a globally integrated team. I created a logo within Steelcase's brand standards that emphasized our connectivity as a team and highlighted the three main areas of focus in the meeting: Globalization, Professionalism, and Integration. Events throughout the meeting were color-coded, based on which of these topics would be covered in each of the different sessions (as shown in the last image of the event booklet below).
